Natural disasters, social disruption, failure of infrastructure, loss of key personnel, pandemics, and cyber-attacks are just a few of the things that can cause a company to grind to a halt. Along with potential revenue loss, supply chain disruption, and cost increases, there is always the possibility of a negative impact on customers as well as a company’s reputation. Fortunately, having a business continuity plan can help to mitigate these negative impacts and ensure resiliency and sustainability.

During this webinar, CMTC Senior Consultant Walter Ciszczon gives a thorough overview of the use and benefits of developing an effective Business Continuity Plan to prepare companies for any major disruption.

This webinar was originally presented on May 26, 2021 at 11:00am.
