Eliot Dratch is a Senior Quality Consultant for CMTC specializing in operational improvements for industrial manufacturers. This includes implementing Quality, Safety and Lean programs and teaching methods to anchor positive organizational change. He applies 25 years of industrial, aerospace, and automotive manufacturing experience to add value to many types of manufacturers. Over the last decade, Eliot has trained hundreds of employees from scores of manufacturing companies and is a co-author of ASQ's Certified Quality Manager Handbook.
