In an effort to improve safety in the workplace, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is amending elements of the 29 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) 1904 to require certain employers to submit records of workplace injuries and illnesses electronically.

During this webinar, industry experts discuss the new reporting requirements, address which employers are affected, and explain how to ensure compliance. In addition, they also review the proper use of the paper-based OSHA 300 Log, as it has historically been an area of concern for employers of all sizes.

This webinar was originally presented on September 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM PT.
