How does one become a truly excellent manufacturer? One often-cited approach is to pursue Operations Excellence – the interconnection and execution of all of a manufacturer’s production operations in a superior way. Time and time again, we see that the competitor with superior operational results is able to reduce rework and create real value for all of their customers, owners, and interested stakeholders.

During this webinar, CMTC Quality Practice Lead Eliot Dratch walks through a sample manufacturing operation and describes many operational best practices to help small and medium-sized manufacturers continue their journey to achieve Operations Excellence.

This webinar is part of CMTC’s 2022 Quality Webinar Series focused on advanced quality planning topics as they pertain to manufacturers. You are encouraged to join as many of the webinars in this series as you would like.
