On June 17, 2021, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board (Standards Board) voted to update the COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS). Executive Order N-09-21 permitted the revised ETS to take effect the same day. Now, California business owners, managers, and supervisors are left with questions like: Who has to wear face coverings? Will Cal/OSHA issue citations for employers who do not implement all provisions of the June 17 Emergency Temporary Standards immediately?

During this webinar, Cal/OSHA's Carmen Cisneros and Dan Leiner and CMTC's Eliot Dratch and Jeri Summer provide guidance on the revised Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Emergency Temporary standards.

CMTC is hosting monthly webinars on the Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Temporary Standards. We will include updated/refreshed information for every webinar.

This webinar was originally presented on July 27, 2021 at 1:00 PM PT.
